Role: Chief Marketing Officer
Commercially astute group director and catalyst for change, leading new business ventures, established corporate (B2B) and consumer brands (B2C) as well as start-up operations across the UK, EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
Director responsible for digital and direct marketing, including strategy, branding and planning, CRM and loyalty, advertising and promotions, event production, operations, finance and analysis.
Manages delivery teams of 20+ with an emphasis on commercial execution, strategy and branding, technical innovation, agency management and media partnerships.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing sophisticated CRM campaigns across email, social, telesales,
SMS and mobile. Act as digital, data-driven marketing evangelist.
Setting the digital agenda. Content development (interactive, livestream) for online (social) communities. Building platform and partner level strategies. Focus on measurement and ensuring a strong test and learn approach. Optimising the technology stack.
Extensive global experience gained whilst working for large corporates in New York, Boston, Minneapolis, London, Cambridge and Singapore.
