Role: Vice President, Global Growth & Performance
Responsible for the design and delivery of large-scale HR and corporate initiatives including planning, communications, business process re-engineering and budgeting.
Strategic adviser to management leadership teams. Partners closely with strategic business unit to determine current/future business needs and to plan for growth.
Oversees multiple HR projects to deliver against commercial objectives, drive client satisfaction and improve employee engagement.
Emphasis on quantitative data, relational databases and multivariate analysis.
Competitive intelligence, insight generation.
